9800 Crosspoint Boulevard: A new beginning for Knowledge Services, the Crosspoint Center building, and a story of hope for brighter days ahead.
Indianapolis, IN – Knowledge Services announced today the purchase of 9800 Crosspoint Boulevard in Fishers, Indiana. This marks a new chapter for the building now called Crosspoint Center, which once housed Marsh Supermarkets’ headquarters.
“While we are living in unprecedented times in our country, we know that this too shall pass and there will be a time when we are able to return to work and to normal routines. With this purchase, we are investing in our community, our company, and a hopeful future for tomorrow,” Julie Bielawski, Founder and CEO of Knowledge Services, said.
Crosspoint Center will be the new home for Knowledge Services’ headquarters. Knowledge Services, a woman-owned technology company that provides workforce management solutions to clients across the U.S., will move into the 165,000-square-foot building later this year. Crosspoint Center will be leasing all unused and newly renovated Class A office space to new tenants.
“Crosspoint Center is a place where companies like Knowledge Services can plant roots, focus on growing company culture, and propel their businesses,” said Bielawski.
Crosspoint Center is located in the center of Fishers, known for its entrepreneurial ecosystem, with easy access to the interstate, Nickel Plate Trail, parks, the arts and culture district, and a growing restaurant scene.
“In these uncertain times, we look forward to welcoming the Knowledge Services team to Fishers,” Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness said. “The commitment from the Bielawskis to make Fishers their home underscores their belief in Fishers as a place where companies and their employees can thrive as we continue to build a smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial city.”
Renovations will begin soon at Crosspoint Center to create inviting and vibrant common spaces that will include a 300-seat auditorium, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a fitness and wellness center, nature trail, training and meeting rooms, and a recreational zone available to the community and tenants.
“When the opportunity came to purchase the Crosspoint Center building, we knew we could not pass this property up. This is a chance to give an old building a new beginning and will allow Knowledge Services to relocate our headquarters in Fishers sooner than if building from the ground up,” Bielawski said. “We are grateful to Mayor Scott Fadness and City of Fishers officials, whose vision and work has inspired a supportive and entrepreneurial culture, where people and businesses like ours can thrive.”
In 2018, Knowledge Services acquired land in Fishers with plans to build. At this time, Knowledge Services plans to hold onto that property. Knowledge Services will work with the City of Fishers on next steps to amend their economic development agreement according to the change in plans.
David Moore with Cushman & Wakefield represents Knowledge Services and will be marketing Crosspoint Center’s available office space. The building has been almost 90% vacant since 2017.
