Knowledge Services Awarded Contract with State of Michigan

Knowledge Services was recently awarded a five-year IT staff augmentation managed service provider (MSP) contract by the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget at the State of Michigan.

Contract Scope

Knowledge Services will work with the State of Michigan to manage over 500 state-registered IT staffing vendors, over 500 contract IT employees, and nearly $9 million in monthly state spending.

The contract represents the opportunity for Knowledge Services to provide its extensive experience in workforce management and cloud-based technology services to its 15th state.

The State of Michigan selected Knowledge Services as the MSP for their information technology workforce management needs because of Knowledge Service’s proprietary and best in class Vendor Management System (VMS) technology that will result in substantial savings over the life of the contract.

Knowledge Services was also selected because of its vast experience in transitioning systems which will result in substantial savings of transition costs.

Knowledge Services is excited to provide its workforce management expertise to the State of Michigan and believes that this partnership will result in even better service for the citizens of the state.
