When public sector organizations choose a Managed Services Provider (MSP) to streamline Health and Human Services, they not only reduce their own administrative burdens and process inefficiencies, but they bring new opportunities to every citizen they serve.
Knowledge Services is proud to serve as MSP for Health and Human Services — which includes Vocational Rehabilitation like job coaching, trial work experience, and mental health care — for public sector organizations across the United States. Our work reduces administrative burdens for public sector leaders and ensures compliance, accountability, and clarity of service to citizens.
Review the standard process Knowledge Services’ MSP for Health and Human Services program takes below. Discover how our program is helping public sector clients across the United States realize new efficiencies of service and greater citizen satisfaction with program support from an experienced MSP for Health and Human Services.
The MSP helps Health and Human Services departments, including Departments of Labor, Divisions of Vocational Rehabilitation, and similar departments, connect with service providers faster, delivering standardization and improved accuracy in reporting, invoicing, and personal outcomes for Health and Human Services leaders and the citizens they serve.
First, Knowledge Services gives the referral to the approved vendor network. Then we provide a list of qualified and available vendors to the individual client for selection.
Vendors track their delivery of services utilizing dotStaff™, our secure cloud-based platform. Our team monitors the vendor network to ensure vendors meet all necessary compliance and service specifications. We proactively communicate with vendors to promote best practices, deliver program updates, and provide individual coaching.
Vendors submit confirmation of service, and Knowledge Services reviews for completion and accuracy. Once confirmed, invoicing begins. Health and Human Services staff will retain administrative rights and pay invoices for services as they are delivered.
Our standard reporting includes ongoing business reviews for leadership and overviews of key vendor and service category metrics. The Knowledge Services team proactively reports on vendor case volume, service category utilization, response time, client packet accuracy, timelines of service, and other key metrics. This data will be used to deliver continuous quality improvements to Health and Human Services program stakeholders and the citizens they serve.
Health and Human Services Stakeholders using dotStaff™ will enjoy immediate benefits, enabling them to focus more closely on their core duties of empowering individuals with disabilities.
