30 Years in the Making
The week not only marked a tremendous milestone but gave us the opportunity to look back at the vision and leadership that brought us to where we are today. Over the past thirty years, our company has grown from a small, dedicated team into a thriving organization with a far-reaching impact. We owe much of our success to the leadership of Julie and Joe, whose influence has been felt in every corner of the company.
Their story is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to family and business. From managing payroll early on to overseeing the growth of the company, this journey is one of resilience and adaptability. Their relationship with the business and with their colleagues has always been rooted in trust and collaboration. Their approach became a blueprint for success, with Joe and Julie famously saying, “You can curl up and go away, or you can rise to the challenge.”
Force for Good
The week began with an inspiring event, centered around being a “Force for Good.” We were thrilled to highlight the work of National Geographic photographer Annie Griffiths, known for her stunning ability to capture the authenticity of nature and the human experience. Her approach to storytelling reminds us of the importance of seeing and understanding the world through the eyes of others, a theme that resonates deeply with our company’s mission.
Serving Those Who Serve Others
A major highlight of the week was hearing from our MSP, Workforce Management, and Survey Management partners, who are making an incredible impact nationwide. Their efforts across a wide range of services contribute to improving the everyday lives of individuals and communities. What they do helps drive positive, long-term change and shows just how committed they are to creating a brighter future.
These partners are a big source of inspiration for our team. Their dedication to a mission that aligns so closely with ours pushes us to work even harder. The shared goal of strengthening communities and helping people motivates us to keep striving for real, lasting change in the lives of those we serve.
Innovation and Growth
At Knowledge Services, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the week, we highlighted the latest technologies and solutions our Team Members have been working on, and we were given a preview of what the coming months and years hold for the company. We also took a moment to reflect on the growth we have made in cybersecurity, due in no small part to our dedicated cyber team who ensures that we stay ahead of cyber threats to safeguard our organization, team, and clients. Through continuous innovation and security measures, we ensure our clients receive the best possible support in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
Unsung Heroes
In every company, there are individuals and teams whose contributions often go unnoticed, but whose work is essential to the organization’s success. This Week of ThanKS, we took the time to recognize our Shared Services team – the unsung heroes who ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From HR to IT support, their efforts are critical to our daily operations, and we could not do what we do without them.
We would also like to highlight the hard work of the team that made this week such a success. The Week of ThanKS Committee orchestrated a week of gratitude and reflection while also providing space for us to look forward into the future. Their efforts are a testament to the collaborative nature of Knowledge Services, where teamwork drives success.

As the Week of ThanKS drew to a close, we were able to gather for a company-wide Townhall and a 30th Anniversary Celebration Gala. These events not only allowed our team to gather to celebrate the last thirty years, but also chart the course for the future of Knowledge Services.
