Successful technology integrations are designed to create efficiencies.
Process improvements are a significant piece to Knowledge Services’ proven workforce management solutions. By combining technology and services, our teams are able to deliver unique solutions for our partners.
The State of Nevada recently partnered with Knowledge Services to manage their contingent labor workforce. To assist and as part of a new IT managed service provider (MSP) contract with the state, Knowledge Services’ vendor management system (VMS), dotStaffTM, fully integrated with the state’s existing eprocurement system, NevadaEPro1. NevadaEPro is the system utilized by the State of Nevada to manage their internal procurement process.
This integration ensures a more streamlined approach to creating, reviewing, and approving multiple steps in Nevada’s procurement process. The communication between dotStaffTM and NevadaEPro creates great process efficiency for the state.
“We place significant value on improving the efficiency of our clients, and this integration allows users to continue working in a procurement process they are familiar with,” said Dave Stenger, Vice President of Product Development. “We are highly focused on implementing software in a fashion that allows other clients to leverage it and be satisfied that it is a standard part of our delivery.”
Our contract with the State of Nevada began July 1, 2019, and is through the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions cooperative contract. As the MSP, Knowledge Services helps manage the state’s IT staff augmentation to ensure a consistent and seamless process, on-boarding compliance, and improve talent quality while utilizing dotStaffTM—a configurable, cloud-based VMS.
The contract runs through September 2026.
